Coach USA

The Coach USA project is a new Tilt Up concrete building totaling approximately 200,000 SF. The facility includes fleet maintenance, storage, bus washing and indoor fueling operations. The structure also includes a two story, 20,000 SF office section. The project is located in the Town of Chester, Orange County, NY.

Darlind performed the reinforced concrete scope of work including 750 cubic yards of foundations; 2,400 cubic yards of insulated Tilt Up Concrete wall panels, and approximately 5,500 cubic yards of Slabs.

The 100 Tilt Up wall panels were completed during the winter of 2012/ 2013 and erected in 9 days using a 275 ton Manitowoc model 9997 crane. The tallest panel was over 33’ high and the heaviest panel was in excess of 60 tons. .
