COMPLETED PROJECT
IRON MOUNTAIN OSDP
Darlind has completed construction of a new 20,000 square foot facility designed for offsite tape vaulting (storage of computer back up tapes). This building is the first structure at the Rosendale site that is not constructed within the former Rosendale Cement mines.
The project included extensive site development and intensive coordination with Iron Mountain vendors; an extremely aggressive schedule, and many Value Engineering changes to bring the project in on budget. The facility has been designed to minimize impact to the surrounding area, and features a state of the art Geothermal HVAC system.
This facility was opened, on schedule, in the Spring of 2007.
